Bangthology: The School Years

I'm so late to the party, but it was such a kick to see some of my favorite bloggers' hair anthology that I had to jump on the bandwagon. So here's a short history of me, according to my hair:

1978: The Boy Cut

1983: The Sha-Na-Na phase?

1985: The Miami Vice phase with appropriate teen attitude

1987: My Tribute To Molly Ringwald

1989: Finally mastering the art of teasing upon graduation

Love it! I had the boy cut through most of elementary school. At one point, I even grew a little rat tail in the back!

Oh, dear girl. You are so brave. If I did the same thing no one would ever read my blog again...

But then, every picture of me looked the same - I had the "wings" that flew out from the ears from all the baseball hats I wore and that fact that I was constantly in need of a haircut.

Nice!

I had the Flock of Seagulls thing going on well into the 90's. It was sad.

I had the '87 but didn't know about mouse or gel so it frizzed, my how it frizzed. Like a bit of cheap mohair lkatched onto my forehead.
